General Conditions of Sale

• Schedules may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions.
• The Alpana reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of an insufficient number of passengers.
• The owner declines any responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage to personal effects of the passengers on board.
• Pregnant women are urged to report at the time of booking.

We take no responsibility in the event of problems occurring on a temporary pregnant and who has a concern due to the trip by sea.

• The price includes the tax Barnier, for the protection of natural spaces.
• In the event of cancellation, the total amount paid will be fully refunded.
• In case of cancellation by the client less than 48 hours prior to departure, the total amount is still due.
• For groups of 6 ( included ) to 12 people, and the total amount is due if the cancellation date is less than 72 hours before the departure time.

• Payments can be made by credit card, cash, cheque or holiday vouchers.
