Cargèse is a small village in Southern Corsica. Old city's Greek orthodoxthe architecture of the village is a reminder of its history with its white houses with blue shutters.

One of the specificities of the village's own two churches : an orthodox church facing the Latin church, both dating back to the Nineteenth century.

Cargèse is also home to the Cargèse Sound System Festival all summers on the famous beach of Peru. and in the arenas of the Sara.
