Stay between sea and maquis

Check out Signuraa charming house located a few hundred yards from the white sandy beach of Arone, recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in France.

Name Signura comes from the language of the fishermen corsican : it refers to a bitter, a visual guide formed by the triangulation of three points on the coast, indicating a secret place, rich in underwater fauna — a true corner of fishing privileged.

Coming from a family of fishermen on the beach of Ficaghjola in Piana, we chose this name because Signura perfectly embodies the harmony between the beach, the sea and maquis.

There is no chance , our elders had baptized the said place where is located the house of the "Harmonium" !

Ideal for a family stay or between friends, the house is nestled in the heart of the bush, facing the sea, offering each evening a beautiful sunset, typical of the beautiful summer evenings.

Housing

The house consists of a bright living room with fireplace, combining a seating area and a kitchen open to a large convivial table. This room opens onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of the garden and the sea. The windows are equipped with shutters.

The kitchen, bathed in natural light, and is equipped with devices that we particularly appreciate for their design, quality and practicality : Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and kitchen of the brand Smeg. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals with mediterranean flavors.

The room is also air-conditioned for your comfort.

On this floor are also a shower room and separate toilet.

In amount to the mezzanine, you'll find a children's room with the soft tones of green almond, with a library corner and two single beds (90 cm).

On the lower floor, two rooms decorated with care you expect. They each have a walk-in closet, a double bed (160 cm), a private terrace and views of the garden. These rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with shutters and curtains to wake peaceful.

Outside

The terrace, perfect to enjoy the outdoors, and is equipped with a barbecue, two lounge chairs and a large table for dining outside.

The house is located on a private land of 4000 m2, in perfect harmony with the surrounding scrub where wild olive trees, immortal, strawberry trees, vines and Prickly pear are carefully maintained for decades.

You will find a few minutes to the restaurants of the beach of Arone, and a few kilometers away, the village of Piana — ranked among the most beautiful villages of France — with its famous coves, lovely restaurants, and walks by the sea in a stunning site included in the UNESCO world heritage site : the Gulf of Porto, Scandola nature reserve.
